Davis v. Aspire Lifestyles (Americas) Inc.

United States District Court Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division
Case No. 1:24-cv-02343

Welcome to the Settlement Website for
Davis v. Aspire Lifestyles (Americas) Inc.

If you worked for Aspire Lifestyles (Americas) Inc. (“Aspire”) as an hourly Lifestyle Consultant, Lifestyle Concierge, Customer Service Representative, or similar job title, whose primary job duty was to handle inbound phone calls and complete research for members requesting personal services, between December 23, 2021, and October 16, 2025, you may be entitled to a payment from a collective action lawsuit settlement.

This website involves the settlement of a lawsuit filed by Marquita Davis against Aspire, which alleged that Aspire’s Concierges were not correctly paid for all hours worked, and, as a result, were denied overtime wages in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”). Aspire maintains that it has always complied with all relevant laws, including the FLSA, and that it has paid all of its Concierges for all hours worked, consistent with the law and Aspire’s policies that require all employees to be paid for all time worked.

The purpose of this website is to inform you of the settlement terms and your rights and options in connection with the settlement.
